All fees, policies and procedures

  • Free initial 60 minute Meet & Greet Mon-Fri (9am-5pm). Before/After hours and Weekends incurs a $5.00 charge.
  • If we need another meet & greet…$10.00 charge.
  • Keys and codes must be given the day of meet & greet, if not, pick-up/drop-off key fee is $10.00.
  • Payment expected on day of service.
  • Late payment charge…50% of rate.
  • Returned check charge…$20.00.
  • Short notice bookings fee( less than 24 hours notice)…$5.00.
  • Daily walking cancellation on day of service…50% of rate.
  • Overnight cancellations…to incur no charge, must be at least 2 FULL weeks in advance. 1 FULL week in advance incurs a 50% charge. Last minute cancellations ( less than 7 days) incurs 100% charge.
  • Holidays…Walks add $5.00. Overnights add $10.00.

Holidays include; New Year’s Day, Easter, Passover, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Rosh Hashana, Yom Kippur, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

  • All prices are for 1 dog, all additional dogs add $5.00 per dog.
  • Household Emergencies…Please provide name/number of your maintenance company or person you rely on. (Examples; leaking or burst pipes, malfunctioning water heaters, A/C units, etc.)
  • If use cleaning services, maintenance company, friend, family or neighbor…Please inform me ahead of time or inform them of me.
  • All animals must be up to date on vaccinations.
  • Please have extra food, medication, treats and kitty litter on hand. If anything runs out there’s a $10.00 charge for purchasing more.
  • Drop-in fee…$10.00. (Examples; check to make sure iron/oven are off, close/open windows/garages, etc.)
